The Rae · 100 Acre Preserve

Absolutely gorgeous! Worth every penny. We will not forget this place, ever! Our 10 year old cried when we had to leave. We even had to get the cabin for 2 more nights because we weren’t ready to leave. It’s a short drive from home so we will be back!

We have stayed at the wilds a few times now. There are several reasons we keep coming back. Angela is a wonderful host and the property is private, well kept and perfect for us and the dogs.

The house was beautiful and very connected to the outdoors. It was clean with plenty of indoor/outdoor space for all guests. The patio/fire pit area was great. There were a few amenities listed that were not provided(body soap, shampoo, coffee and the kayak had a hole in it. Pots and pans were provided but some in bad shape). WiFi worked great. I would definitely stay again.

Colby and Angela’s place was surrounded by nature and was exactly what we were looking for. We had a small issue but they resolved it within seconds! The kids had lots of fun exploring the property! We also tried Miguel’s Pizza which was recommended by them and it was a total hit with the family. Definitely book with them if you want to be surrounded by nature!

This was such a great stay - we didn’t want to leave! There was plenty of room for us. We loved the backyard space and having its own hiking trails right out back was such a cool touch and felt very private. It was within good driving distance of all the spots you’d want to visit while at RRG. The space was clean and had most of everything we needed. It was nice to be off the grid and have no service to really enjoy the environment for the weekend and be present in all the activities. Overall an amazing stay and would stay here again!
