Fraud, Abuse & Platform Integrity Policy

RRG Deals LLC (“RRG Deals,” “we,” “us”) is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and trustworthy marketplace for Guests, Hosts, and participating businesses.

This Fraud, Abuse & Platform Integrity Policy (“Integrity Policy”) outlines prohibited behavior and RRG Deals’ enforcement rights.

By using the Platform, you agree to comply with this Policy in addition to the Terms of Service and all related agreements.

1. Zero-Tolerance Fraud Policy

RRG Deals prohibits any form of fraud, abuse, manipulation, or deceptive conduct.

We reserve the right to investigate, suspend, terminate, or pursue legal action against users who violate this Policy.

2. Guest Fraud & Abuse

Prohibited guest behavior includes, but is not limited to:

• Filing false chargebacks
• Claiming fraudulent “unauthorized transactions”
• Misrepresenting property conditions to obtain refunds
• Attempting to bypass Platform payment systems
• Reselling Explorer Passes
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotions
• Coordinating refund schemes
• Harassment of Hosts or businesses
• Using stolen payment methods

If fraud is suspected, RRG Deals may:

• Cancel bookings without refund
• Suspend or permanently terminate accounts
• Block payment methods
• Report fraudulent activity to payment processors
• Share evidence with financial institutions
• Pursue civil remedies

Guests engaging in fraudulent chargebacks may be permanently banned.

3. Host Fraud & Abuse

Prohibited Host behavior includes:

• Double booking intentionally
• Listing properties without legal authority
• Misrepresenting property amenities or condition
• Circumventing Platform payments
• Encouraging off-platform payments
• Manipulating calendar availability
• Refusing legitimate bookings after confirmation
• Failing to honor advertised pricing

RRG Deals may:

• Downrank listings
• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Impose reserves
• Withhold payouts
• Recover funds
• Report fraudulent conduct

Hosts are financially responsible for losses resulting from fraudulent or deceptive conduct.

4. Promotion & Discount Abuse

The Platform may offer flash discounts or time-sensitive pricing.

Prohibited conduct includes:

• Creating duplicate accounts
• Manipulating timing mechanisms
• Coordinating bulk redemptions
• Exploiting pricing errors
• Using automated bots or scripts

RRG Deals reserves the right to:

• Cancel transactions resulting from pricing errors
• Void improperly obtained discounts
• Correct pricing discrepancies

5. Explorer Pass Abuse

Prohibited Explorer Pass conduct includes:

• Resale
• Unauthorized transfer
• Duplication of QR codes
• Circumventing redemption limits
• Coordinated misuse

RRG Deals may invalidate passes obtained or used in violation of these terms without refund.

6. Payment System Circumvention

All bookings and transactions must be processed through RRG Deals.

Users may not:

• Request or offer direct off-platform payments
• Provide contact details to avoid commission
• Process bookings outside the Platform after initial connection

Violations may result in immediate termination and potential legal action.

7. Investigations

RRG Deals may investigate suspicious activity using:

• Transaction monitoring
• Behavioral analysis
• Fraud detection tools
• Third-party verification
• Communication review

You agree to cooperate with any investigation.

Failure to cooperate may result in suspension.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

RRG Deals may suspend or terminate accounts at its reasonable discretion for suspected:

• Fraud
• Abuse
• Excessive chargebacks
• Policy violations
• Regulatory risk

In urgent situations, suspension may occur without prior notice.

9. Financial Recovery Rights

If a user’s conduct causes financial loss, RRG Deals may:

• Reverse payouts
• Deduct future earnings
• Issue invoices
• Recover funds through legal means

These rights survive account termination.

10. Reporting Misconduct

Users may report suspected abuse by contacting:

11. Limitation of Liability

RRG Deals is not liable for losses resulting from:

• Fraud committed by other users
• Payment processor actions
• Account suspensions
• Investigative actions taken in good faith

Our total liability remains capped as outlined in the Terms of Service.

12. Policy Updates

RRG Deals may update this Policy as needed to protect Platform integrity.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updates.
