RRG Deals LLC (“RRG Deals,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you access or use our website, booking platform, Explorer Pass system, property management software, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
This Privacy Policy describes how RRG Deals handles information when you use the Platform. Where consent is required for a particular activity, including advertising cookies or optional marketing communications, RRG Deals will request that consent separately. You may review or change available privacy choices as described below.

If a signed-in guest affirmatively accepts advertising cookies, RRG Deals may convert the guest’s email address into a cryptographically hashed value and transmit that hashed value to Meta through enabled Meta Business Tools, including the Meta Conversions API or advanced matching. Meta may compare the hashed value with hashed account information it already maintains to help match Platform activity and completed bookings to Meta accounts, measure advertising performance, attribute conversions, create or suppress advertising audiences, and improve campaign delivery.
Hashing changes the email address into a coded value before transmission, but the value may still be treated as personal information because Meta may use it for matching. RRG Deals will not transmit an email address for this matching when the guest has not accepted advertising cookies, has withdrawn that consent, or when a supported Global Privacy Control signal is treated as a refusal.
RRG Deals does not currently transmit telephone numbers for advertising matching.
Meta and Google advertising technologies will not load unless the visitor affirmatively accepts advertising cookies.

When RRG Deals detects a supported Global Privacy Control signal, RRG Deals will treat that signal as a refusal of advertising cookies for that browser.

Some privacy laws may treat certain disclosures for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted-advertising use, even when no money is exchanged.
RRG Deals requires affirmative advertising-cookie consent before activating the Meta or Google advertising technologies described in this Policy and provides the privacy choices described above.
RRG Deals will honor additional privacy rights that apply under applicable law.
