This Force Majeure & Platform Interruption Clause applies to all users of the RRG Deals platform, including Guests, Hosts, and participating businesses.
1. Force Majeure Events
RRG Deals shall not be liable for any delay, failure, suspension, or interruption of services resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters (including storms, floods, wildfires, earthquakes)
- Severe weather events
- Acts of God
- Government orders or restrictions
- Public health emergencies or pandemics
- Utility outages
- Internet or telecommunications failures
- Payment processor freezes or compliance reviews
- Cybersecurity incidents
- Labor disputes
- War, terrorism, or civil unrest
- Regulatory investigations or enforcement actions
- Third-party hosting outages
2. Platform Interruptions
RRG Deals does not guarantee uninterrupted access to:
- The website
- Booking systems
- PMS tools
- Explorer Pass systems
- QR redemption systems
- Payment processing
Temporary service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.
RRG Deals shall not be liable for losses arising from such interruptions.
3. Booking Disruptions Due to Force Majeure
In the event a Force Majeure event impacts a reservation:
- RRG Deals is not responsible for issuing refunds.
- Hosts remain responsible for property-level decisions.
- Refunds remain subject to the Platform’s Cancellation Policy.
RRG Deals reserves the right, but is not obligated, to assist in relocation efforts when feasible.
4. Payment Processor & Financial Interruptions
If Stripe or a financial institution:
- Freezes funds
- Suspends processing
- Conducts compliance reviews
- Delays transfers
RRG Deals shall not be liable for payout delays resulting from such actions.
Payout timelines may be extended during such events.
5. Limitation of Remedies
In the event of a Force Majeure occurrence:
- RRG Deals’ obligations are suspended for the duration of the event.
- Users waive claims for consequential or indirect damages arising from such interruption.
RRG Deals’ total liability remains limited as set forth in the Terms of Service.
6. Reservation of Rights
RRG Deals may:
- Temporarily suspend operations
- Modify booking functionality
- Adjust payout timelines
- Restrict access to certain services
When necessary to comply with legal or operational requirements.
