Public review: Angela’s place is gorgeous! It was super easy with kids. Lots of space for them to roam & play outside. The cabin is clean & cozy. Easily accommodated our family of six. We enjoyed the fire pit area & they had firewood you could buy onsite. *Just a note for families with younger kids that the stairs inside are steep inside & there are no curtains on the windows in the bedrooms. This did not detract from the experience at all!

Public review: This cabin was even more beautiful in person- it is so magical and whimsical. Arriving, the host gave great instructions to find the cabin. It is very private and nestled into the woods. The entire property is thoughtfully planned out and you can tell how much love has gone into this home. The host shared beautiful stories of the family home that made us appreciate the details even more. The sunrise hike was absolutely stunning, hard hike- but so worth it, and the added ropes to climb the rocks to reach it was so neat- and the fact the trail starts right behind the cabin is so convenient. Sitting on the swing on the back porch, enjoying our coffee and listening to the nature around us was serene. The details and little touches in the cabin and around the property made it feel so welcoming. We couldn’t have picked a better place for a weekend to recharge and reconnect. I would recommend this cabin to everyone and can’t wait to plan my next visit back! Private feedback: Angela, thank you so much for sharing your family home with us- it was more stunning than we could ever imagine. The only notes I have would be to add a trail sign for the sunrise hike- it was a little hidden and we went towards the lake trail by accident when we were trying to locate the sunrise. Also adding an updated photo of the beautiful mural to the listing! It was an amazing and beautiful surprise and even without it this would have been our first pick but it’s so stunning and deserves to be shown off! Thank you guys again for allowing us to stay, it was the most beautiful weekend.

We had such a great time at The Wilds! Perfect getaway for me and my dogs, they loved being able to explore near the pond and follow along the trails. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat this place is perfect 🧡
