This Host Participation Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between RRG Deals LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company (“RRG Deals,” “we,” “us”), and the property owner or authorized manager (“Host,” “you”).
By listing a property on the RRG Deals platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
RRG Deals operates as a marketplace connecting guests with Hosts offering short-term rental accommodations.
RRG Deals:
RRG Deals does not:
You operate as an independent contractor.
RRG Deals retains a 10% commission on all bookings processed through the Platform.
Commission is non-refundable, including in cases where a Host elects to issue a guest refund.
RRG Deals may reverse or deduct payouts if:
If funds have already been transferred, RRG Deals may debit future payouts or invoice the Host.
All bookings are final under the Platform’s Cancellation Policy.
If you elect to issue a refund:
RRG Deals is not responsible for funding refunds.
If a guest initiates a chargeback:
RRG Deals may recover disputed funds from:
You agree to:
You are solely responsible for:
You represent and warrant that you maintain legally required insurance coverage appropriate for short-term rental operations.
RRG Deals does not provide insurance coverage for your property.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RRG Deals from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
This indemnification survives termination.
You agree to maintain accurate:
Repeated double bookings or Host-initiated cancellations may result in:
If you utilize RRG Deals’ provided PMS:
RRG Deals is not liable for:
RRG Deals does not guarantee:
All projections or performance discussions are estimates only.
You grant RRG Deals the right to use listing and booking data in aggregated and anonymized formats for:
No personally identifiable guest information will be sold.
RRG Deals may suspend or terminate your listing with notice if:
RRG Deals may modify commission rates with reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
RRG Deals’ total liability shall not exceed the total service fees paid to RRG Deals by the Host in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
RRG Deals shall not be liable for:
All disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration in Kentucky under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of accepting this Agreement by written notice.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
Nothing in this Agreement creates:
You operate as an independent property owner.
