We know plans change. This policy explains when you can cancel a confirmed reservation and how refunds are calculated. The specific cancellation window for your stay is shown on the listing and in your booking confirmation, and that window controls if it differs from the general guidance below.
For most stays, cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in receive a full refund of the nightly rate. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before check-in receive a 50% refund of the nightly rate. Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are generally non-refundable. Service fees may be non-refundable.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. Any applicable taxes are refunded in proportion to the amount refunded.
In rare cases — such as a property becoming unavailable or a documented emergency — we may offer a full refund or a comparable alternative regardless of the standard window. We review these requests on a case-by-case basis.
