Cloud 9

This cabin looks cute in the pictures, but our experience was awful. The cabin was dirty when we arrived—the bed had black debris all over it, and the hot tub was covered in dust and dirt. The worst part was that there were two active water leaks during our stay. We contacted the host multiple times while we were there, hoping they would help or at least show some concern. Instead, we were met with little communication, no empathy, and no effort to fix the situation. Rather than taking responsibility, we felt like we were blamed for staying after reporting the problems. We ended up packing our belongings and leaving early because we no longer felt comfortable or safe staying there. A cute cabin means nothing when it’s poorly maintained and the host refuses to support their guests. I would not stay here again. With all that being said clothes are ruined, suitcases are ruined, chargers are ruined. We spent well over $1000 on a trip that should be no more than max $700. Wouldn’t recommend

Great stay! Clean, loved the indoor workout area and the hot tub.

We had the best time at Cloud 9 cabin. The kitchen had everything we needed, had a nice filtered tap next to the sink to fill our water bottles, great hot tub, nice fire pit and the rooms were comfy. We loved the climbing workout room as we were in town to climb. Highly recommend!

We loved this place! It was exactly as described. Not only was it spotless and had fast Wifi, the place was located near many of the outdoor activities that we had signed up for. The host was responsive and their guidebook had a number of wonderful local recommendations that we had not seen online. Our child loved the living room with the big screen TV as well as the exercise area and declared this house to be best Airbnb that we have ever stayed in. We would definitely stay here again!

This place is a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the gorge. We really enjoyed our stay and wish that we would have stayed longer. The surrounding area is beautiful and the under water cave kayaking is a great other thing to do besides hiking. The climbing gym was a great way to warm up too

Nice and comfortable little cabin, had everything we needed for our stay. We had a few small issues at the beginning, but the host was quick to resolve them. The cabin is only a few miles from hiking and restaurants. Miguel’s Pizza was awesome and so was Daniel Boone coffee shop. Recommend a 4WD vehicle if you’re staying at this cabin, my Highlander had a little trouble getting up the gravel hill on the way out of the cabin area. Hot tub could have been cleaner was our only complaint. The rest of the cabin was very clean.
