We had a great stay at the cabin. The family really enjoyed the deck space and the great views! Having laundry right by the bedrooms was very convenient and we loved the overhead shower. Would recommended!

My stay at Dark Skies was awesome. My only regret was not being able to stay longer. It was beautiful and super clean.

This cabin absolutely lived up to every expectation. It was incredibly clean and all the amenities worked. At this cabin you are 30 minutes from some of the most beautiful hikes through red river gorge. Hot tub in the snow was an absolute plus. Beautiful view and great cabin to watch the sunset. We are 80 yrs old and appreciate nice cabins. The decor was lovely, everything needed, was there. Three decks, abundant and comfy furniture on each deck. The spiral staircase was a little concerning, but not a problem at all even tho I am 12 days away from total knee replacement surgery. Best sunset and fantastic full view of night skies from rooftop deck. We took sleeping bags and camped out on sofas until early morning. We appreciate all the exterior lighting and surrounding areas too. I’d love to say we will return, but every year we hike RRG and we find new cabin each year. The Gorge never changes, so a different luxury cabin makes each year memorable. Dark Nights cabin definitely delivered!
